📦 1. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Our average delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled until it arrives. However, if you experience any issue after receiving your item, please refer to the policy below.


🔁 2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, please email us at contactnorezy@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”, and include clear photos or videos showing the product’s condition.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error from Norezy.


🧾 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important: We do not offer refunds for delays caused by customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer an exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Include photos or videos that clearly show the issue with the item when you contact us.


🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective or incorrect upon arrival):

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Personal care products

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
