I purchased a bracelet in 2024 and wore it often and it was an eye catcher, everyone loved it. A year later it came unlatched and after inspection it was determined a faulty latch; I contacted Norezy and they replaced the bracelet without hesitation. Excellent product and exceptional service. I definitely recommend Norezy!
